SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

 

At Van Dykes, we hope to have every customer leave with an excellent experience. Because of this, we aim to provide the best support to our customers through your ordering process and if you ever need to return any product to us. At checkout, you receive all purchase terms.  As a part of those terms, you will receive a statement about your understanding and acknowledgement about your order and the ingredients of the products you have ordered.  Your acceptance of the purchase terms means you agree to, and understand our refund policy.  We comply with USFDA regulations in our business, however, these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to the benefits of any of our products.  This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no express claims as to the benefits each customer may experience, if any. Each person’s individual dosage and results will vary based on many factors, including but not limited to, the following: Gene’s, metabolism, ATP, P-450 system, height, weight, age, use of prescription medications, hydration, micro-nutrient deficiencies and contraindication.​  The FDA has not reviewed or approved hemp-based cannabinoids to treat any health condition. Each person’s results will vary based on their own body and many other factors. Consult your physician before starting on any plant-based supplements and monitor your results daily. Stop taking any new supplement immediately if you experience any unwanted results. A person’s individual biochemistry affects the way any certain product works for them. For this reason,  independent research is recommended so that a person can draw their own conclusions and opinions as to any health benefits that these products might provide. Refunds or replacement shipments will be made under the following circumstances:

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our store. Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. The outer carton/envelope of the shipment will always receive some amount of wear and tear, but there are situations where the damage is severe enough to cause damage to the contents of the box and or envelope, such that the product has become unusable. In these cases, please call or email us within 24 hours of receipt of your damaged “unopened” product plus all detailed information including photographs (if possible) which can prove that the product was damaged during shipping. Upon review of all provided information we may provide a replacement shipment. Any replacements due to shipping damage will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification to our office. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt. We ship all packages via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail and will email you the tracking number to the same email you used to create your order. You may TRACK your package from your Dashboard Page.  Please check your Dashboard before contacting the store.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

All of our products are shipped using USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail and we will always email you a Tracking number to the email on file. If the email you used during your purchase was input in ERROR you may not receive your tracking number. It is your responsibility to enter the correct email address and phone number so that we may contact you if needed. We are not responsible for late, lost or stolen items due to mail carrier mistakes. Once logged into the mail carrier’s system, it is the responsibility of that carrier to properly mail the product. If your package is late or does not arrive, you must file a complaint with the mail carrier.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only and are stated in BUSINESS DAYS (non-inclusive of weekends or holidays). Orders may take 1-2 business days to process before shipping due to product availability, and size of order. We do not process or ship orders on holidays.

 

RETURNING UNUSED, SEALED PRODUCTS

Refunds will only be issued for products that can fully demonstrate zero evidence of tampering with any of our security barriers. The product must be unused and still in its original packaging. If the items in question do not meet these requirements, they cannot be returned. Please email us immediately so we can provide you with the necessary instructions on how to return your unused and unopened merchandise. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned item. No restocking fees will be charged. If a refund is due it will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the product was received, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days from original order date.​

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order at any time without penalty until the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for following the procedures related to Returning Unused, Sealed Products. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the return of product to our store location, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the original order.
